Biirdi provides a technology platform that allows you to browse menus, place orders, and facilitate transactions with participating venues. Biirdi is not a restaurant, merchant, or delivery provider, and all goods and services are offered and fulfilled by the applicable venue. Any order you place is a transaction directly between you and that venue.

By using the platform, including placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your use of the platform constitutes a legally binding agreement, even without a physical signature.

When you submit an order, it is sent to the venue for acceptance and fulfillment. Venues control pricing, availability, preparation, delivery, and service, and may modify or reject orders at their discretion. Biirdi does not control or guarantee any aspect of a venue’s operations, including order accuracy, timing, or quality.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide, including payment and location details, is accurate. Location-based features may be used to support delivery and service, but accuracy is not guaranteed and may be affected by technical limitations.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. By placing an order, you authorize the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, and Biirdi’s convenience fee, which is charged for use of the platform and is separate from the venue’s charges.

Orders may begin processing immediately and may not be cancelable or refundable, except as determined by the venue or required by law. Any issues with an order, including quality, delivery, or refunds, must be resolved directly with the venue. Biirdi may assist in communication but does not guarantee outcomes.

Certain items, including alcohol, may be subject to legal restrictions. By ordering such items, you confirm that you meet all applicable legal requirements. Venues are solely responsible for age verification and compliance with applicable laws.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biirdi disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any issues arising from venue services, order fulfillment, delivery, payment processing, or platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biirdi’s liability is limited, and you agree that Biirdi is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

By using Biirdi or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
