Delete your Biirdi account
You can delete your Biirdi guest account at any time. This page explains how to do it from the app, how to request deletion if you no longer have the app installed, and what happens to your data.
Delete from the Biirdi app
- Open the Biirdi app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Don't have the app anymore?
Email us at support@biirdi.com with "Account deletion" in the subject line, sent from the email address linked to your Biirdi account. We will verify your identity and process the request. You do not need to reinstall the app.
What we delete
- Your login and profile, including name, photo, and personal details.
- Saved payment cards on file.
- Access to your order history in the app.
What we may keep
Completed order records may be retained by Biirdi and the venues that fulfilled your orders for venue operations, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting requirements. These records are no longer linked to your account once it is deleted.
When we cannot delete yet
If you have an order in progress or an open refund or dispute, we may need to complete it before your account can be deleted. We will let you know if that is the case.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app is immediate. Requests sent by email are typically processed within a few business days after we verify your identity.
